Nate (Hikaru)

"Hmm..." Hikaru thought then laughed softly "I suppose I can't be a reporter can I? I.m horrible at questioning"

Nate laughed lightly. "No, I suppose not."

"So what should we do after the tour?" Hikaru asked

"Well, you can do just about anything. I on the other hand, have to cover an afternoon shift at the gate so..." Nate pulled his hands out of his pockets to rub his temples. "Don't worry about money, the Prince has seen to it that you'll have what you want."

"Okay..." Hikaru said quietly "Though I don't really like the idea of others spending money on me..." she then spoke louder and was taling this time to Nate rather than herself "It seems like gaurding the gate would be lonely and boring after a while wouldn't it?" she asked

"Hm, it may seem like it would but it honestly doesn't." Nate smiled brightly.

"Really?" Hikaru asked then she smiled "And here I was about to keep you company for your shift but fine, fine if you don't need be to I'll just go be annoying to the prince then" she joked

"Hm, well I think Caige wanted your attention for the day after I was done." Nate tapped a finger on his chin.

"Caige?" Hikaru asked "Really? He didn't seem interested in talking to me the other day..."

"Well...he has his reasons. Usually, he doesn't talk to people about his life. Only a select few of us. But he seems interested in you." Nate looked over to Hikaru.

"Well...okay then I guess I'll go talk to him then once our tour is done where would I find him?"

"Well, I believe he'll be at my- excuse me, our house when we get back." He nodded firmly.

"Okay...though I didn't expect him to be waiting on us"

"Well, he seems very eager to speak with you." Nate nodded again.

"Okay.." Hikaru said "it'll be nice to get to know him a bit"

"At very least, it will be interesting." Nate looked away and the tour continued.
